Secure Payment Options

We use PayPal and Stripe payment systems for secure credit card payments. Please be assured that we do not retain any of your credit card information. All our prices listed are in New Zealand dollars and include a GST component of 15%. The total amount charged to your credit card is displayed on the confirmation page once your preferred method of shipping has been selected.

All payments processed via Stripe are in NZ$.

National New Zealand Shipping

We can send your order anywhere in the world. We ship all products in New Zealand by CourierPost unless otherwise directed. This usually takes between 1 to 5 working days depending on the delivery service in the destination area.

DHL Express International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping via DHL Express with tracking at a base cost calculated on a minimum order weight of 0.5kg. If the weight of your order is more than 0.5kg we will let you know what the additional shipping cost is and ask if you would like to continue.

Due to Covid-19 some regions will experience longer delivery times that are outside or our control.

We normally ship our products within two business days unless requested otherwise. If we are unable to dispatch your order within two business days we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.

Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.


Returns Policy

If an order has been dispatched by courier and is not received or if an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty, a return claim MUST be filed with Affordable Jewellery Making Supplies within 5 days from date of despatch of goods.

  1. Replacement: If possible, a replacement will be sent, subject to availability.
  2. Credit: If no replacement is available, a credit will be offered to the full amount of the purchase price.
  3. Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided by direct credit.

Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully.
Exchanges will not be permitted.
